Hi, I'm Shareta. I design and develop for the interwebs. Welcome to my portfolio website. Here you'll find my work from the past eight years in web design and development, graphic design and multimedia.
In addition to my professional body of work, I also enjoy photography, movies and crafting as a hobby. You can read more about that and whatever else that wanders into frame in my blog.

After more than five years of using an outdated website, the corporate marketing team at Baker Hughes initiated a web redesign. The goal was to usher in a new website design that displays a spacious layout and reflects the company philosophy of a global high-performance technology leader. As a member of the marketing team that spearheaded this redesign in 2007, it was not only our duty to ensure we meet our marketing goals, but to produce these redesigned sites for each of the eight divisions.

While leading web advertising efforts for Baker Hughes, I developed this banner for Hughes Christensen from storyboard to launch. The graphic design team supplied the original PSD file that I used to construct the zooming car and message.

Email campaigns are a critical marketing strategy. Gringo's Mexican Kitchen uses their subscription lists to send a special weekly birthday coupons to the birthday celebrators that week. I used Campaign Monitor to manage and distribute these eblasts.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
In this section you will find my graphic design portfolio - my approach to logo design and illustration. Select from the list below to view project description.
Craft Joint was a web community for crafters to exchange project inspiration and information. For this logo, I wanted to capture the crafting spirit of innovation by depicting one identical shape used two different ways.
